This September, Metrobank is bringing several of those options together at Live & Drive: Home & Car Loan Fest, happening on September 12–13, 2026, at the SM Megamall Fashion Hall.
Visitors will be able to explore vehicles and residential developments while speaking with Metrobank loan specialists about financing options. Customers who apply for a Metrobank Home Loan or Car Loan on-site during the event can enjoy waived fees of up to ₱60,000, while Car Loan applicants can also receive free first-year AXA insurance, subject to terms and conditions.
Four zones for home and car buyers
The event is organized around four interactive zones designed to cover different stages of the home and car ownership journey.
The Smarter Financing zone gives visitors access to Metrobank specialists who can provide guidance on Home Loans, Auto Loans, and Home Equity Loans. The Smarter Mobility zone will feature the latest hybrid vehicle offerings from participating automotive brands, while the Smarter Homes zone will showcase residential developments for buyers considering a first home, investment property, or move to a larger space.
The fourth area, Smarter Living, focuses on solar energy and home efficiency. Visitors can learn about solar panel solutions from Solviva and explore financing options through Metrobank Home Equity Loans to support renewable energy goals.
Cars, homes, and sustainable living options
Participating property partners include Robinsons Land Corporation, Federal Land, Wee Community Developers, DMCI Homes, Torre de Lorenzo Development Corporation, Megaworld Corporation, and Solviva.
Automotive brands Deepal, Kia, Toyota, MG, and Jetour will also be present to showcase their latest vehicle offerings.
