    OYO, South Asia’s largest, and the world’s fastest-growing chain of hotels, homes and spaces, has just formally announced its expansion of operations in the Philippines.

    Following its successful establishment in neighboring emerging markets such as Malaysia and Indonesia, OYO Hotels is setting its expansion in the SEA region in full swing with its launch in the Philippines. With the Philippines’ lively tourism sector and fast-growing economy, there’s no better time than now to invest in the country, OYO acknowledges this potential.

    Currently, the company now has over 21 franchised and leased hotels across Metro Manila, Tagaytay, and Cebu. It aims to be in more than 10 key cities in the country by 2020. To set this goal in motion, OYO will be investing more than USD 50 million in its efforts to transform the hospitality industry, and through this, be able to generate over 1000 of job opportunities for Filipinos.

    OYO was launched in India in 2013. It is a tech-driven, full-scale hospitality chain that empowers small and independent hotels. Through partnerships, OYO transforms the spaces, elevating their quality as well as boosts operation efficiency through staff training and provision of technology solutions for housekeeping, and F&B for a seamless experience for both guests and asset owners.
