Changan Philippines is strengthening its presence across the country with the addition of five new dealerships and a renewed investment in sales leadership, reinforcing its commitment to making smart mobility more accessible to Filipinos. The expansion, led by exclusive distributor Inchcape Philippines, covers key locations in Central Luzon and Mindanao while supporting the brand’s continued nationwide growth.
Five new dealerships to strengthen regional presence
During a dealer signing ceremony held at Changan’s flagship dealership in C5, Pasig, the company formalized agreements for five new dealerships in Davao, General Santos, Butuan, Surigao, and San Fernando, Pampanga. The expansion is intended to bring Changan products and services closer to customers in fast-growing regional markets.
The new dealership partners include:
- Tobi Ang, vice president-chief operating officer and dealer principal of Angcore Motors Inc., for Changan Davao and Changan General Santos.
- Christian Osin, dealer principal of Global Cars Inc., for Changan Butuan and Changan Surigao.
- Matthew Gozun, managing director and dealer principal of Gozun Cars, for Changan San Fernando, Pampanga.
According to the company, the expansion reflects Changan’s commitment to delivering quality vehicles, dependable customer service, and wider access to smart mobility solutions throughout the Philippines.
Investing in sales leadership
Alongside the dealership expansion, Changan Philippines also conducted its Sales Managers Training at its flagship dealership in C5, Pasig.
The program focused on strengthening leadership capabilities, enhancing customer experience, and aligning business strategies across the dealer network. Participants also underwent practical sessions covering leadership, key performance indicators and planning, team development, and inventory and operational management.
The training aims to equip sales managers with the skills needed to build high-performing sales teams that deliver warm, customer-focused service throughout the ownership journey.
Building on a global automotive legacy
