Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) introduces the new Mirage G4 GLS Black Series as the newest variant in its sub-compact sedan segment.
The Mitsubishi Mirage G4 just got a dose of the Black Series treatment similar to the Montero Sport and the Strada.
The current generation of the Mirage G4 was locally revealed in August of 2021. It was noted for its sporty styling featuring the bold “dynamic shield” front face plus interior refinements such as the new 7-inch Smartphone-link Display Audio (SDA) system, which has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
This latest addition to the Black Series edition caters to customers craving added flair from Mitsubishi’s 4-door sedan but still value reliability and efficiency. The new and thoughtful exterior enhancements include:
- Front Grille Red Accent
- Black Side Mirrors
- 16” Black Alloy Wheel Design
This new variant is also packed with sporty upgrades that would ensure a more enjoyable drive. The interior enhancements include:
- New Floor LED Illumination (Blue)
- New Center Console LED Illumination (Blue)
- Trunk Luggage Tray as Standard
- Center Armrest Console
“When it comes to our customers, we are all ears for us to meet their expectations. For the Mirage G4, the target market, being both cool and practical is their major consideration. With the introduction of this new limited edition model, we want to give our customers more options to best represent their personality,” said MMPC president and CEO Takeshi Hara. The Mirage G4 GLS Black series is equipped with an ever-reliable 1.2-liter 3-cylinder DOHC MIVEC engine with a Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT), which produces 76.4HP and 100N-m torque. It also features a Keyless Entry and Engine Push Start system along with a Welcome Home and Coming Home Light that activates upon the click of the remote to illuminate immediate surroundings when leaving or approaching the vehicle.
Only 150 units of this limited edition model will be produced for the Philippine market. It is priced at PHP899,000 and available in two colors, Titanium Gray Metallic and Red Metallic.
