Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) recognized the outstanding achievements of its dealer network at the annual Toyota Dealer Awards, held in conjunction with the 2025 Dealer Conference. The event honored top-performing dealerships, marketing professionals, and service advisers who demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service in 2024.
Recognizing Excellence in Dealer Operations
The highly coveted President’s Award of Excellence was presented to the following dealerships for their exceptional performance:
- Large Business Division: Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. (TMR)
- Medium Business Division: Toyota Nueva Ecija, Inc. (TNI)
- Small Business Division: Toyota Tarlac City (TTA)
These dealerships demonstrated outstanding operational performance, customer satisfaction, and business excellence within their respective divisions. Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. further solidified its dominance by securing the President’s Value Chain Award, while Toyota Nueva Ecija, Inc. was honored with the President’s Customer Satisfaction (CS) Cup of Excellence Award.

During the awards ceremony, TMP chairman Alfred V. Ty emphasized the company’s mission to create happiness through ever-better products and seamless customer experiences.

TMP president Masando Hashimoto also expressed his gratitude to the dealer network for their dedication and resilience. “2024 was indeed a year of challenges, and we overcame them through hard work and dedication. As we step into 2025, we do so with gratitude for our continuous partnership and excitement for the road ahead.”

The Toyota Outstanding Performers in Sales and Service (TOPS) Awards celebrated the most distinguished marketing professionals and service advisers in the network. Notable awardees included:
- TOPS Finest Marketing Professional of the Year: Ramil Angelo de Guzman Tantay (Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc.)
- TOPS Finest General Job Service Advisor of the Year: Vladimir John Pangilinan Yutuc (Toyota Tarlac City)
- TOPS Finest Body and Paint Service Advisor of the Year: Ma. Precious Claire Perez Castro (Toyota Isabela, Inc.)
