Maxim Rides & Food Delivery has introduced a new in-app Driver’s Help section and enhanced the speed of its customer support, giving driver-partners faster access to information and assistance. According to the company, the improvements contributed to a positive support experience during the first half of the year, with nearly 90% of driver-partners reporting satisfaction with Maxim’s customer support.

In-app guide provides quick access to essential information

The new Driver’s Help section serves as an in-app guide where driver-partners can find answers to frequently asked questions, learn more about Maxim’s services, and access important information without contacting customer support for common concerns.

Available through the Taxsee Driver application, the guide is intended to keep essential information readily accessible, helping driver-partners perform orders more efficiently while supporting consistent service quality.

Faster support for more complex concerns

Alongside the launch of the Driver’s Help section, Maxim has continued to strengthen its customer support by improving response times and refining its support processes. The company said it regularly updates support procedures, monitors service quality, maintains consistent standards in handling inquiries, and reviews driver-partner feedback to further improve the support experience.

According to Maxim, its current customer support performance includes:

  • 81% of driver inquiries receive a response within the first 24 hours.
  • 22% of simple inquiries receive a response within the first 15 minutes.
  • More complex concerns may require additional time to ensure an accurate resolution.

Continuing investment in driver support

According to Andres Morales Jr., president of Maxim Rides & Food Delivery, the latest improvements reflect the company’s continuing efforts to make the platform easier for driver-partners to use.

“At Maxim, we continuously invest in solutions that make it easier for driver-partners to perform orders and access support whenever they need it. The Driver’s Help section and our ongoing improvements to customer support are part of our commitment to providing a better experience for every driver-partner on the Maxim platform.”

Expanding services in the Philippines

Maxim launched its services in the Philippines in 2020, with Cebu as its first city of operations. The company says it now serves residents and visitors in 22 additional Philippine cities.

Beyond delivery services, Maxim operates as a licensed Transport Network Company authorized to pre-arrange passenger transportation by car. In Metro Manila and Cagayan de Oro, it also participates in a pilot project that allows passengers to be transported by motorcycle.

The company develops technologies for transport and delivery services through the Maxim app for customers and the Taxsee Driver app for driver-partners. According to Maxim, the platforms support millions of users globally and are designed to improve the accessibility, efficiency, and safety of its services.
