The holiday season returns with new Frozen-themed experiences, castle entertainment, concerts, a New Year’s Eve Countdown, and limited-time ticket and hotel offers.
Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is bringing back “A Disney Christmas” from November 20, 2026 to January 3, 2027, with seasonal experiences spread across the park.
This year’s celebration includes festive activities in World of Frozen, new daytime castle entertainment, the return of Disney Christmas Live in Concert!, a New Year’s Eve Countdown, and limited-time ticket and hotel offers. Guests can also extend a one-day visit through the Non-stop 2-Day Fun Ticket, which adds a second consecutive park day for HK$100 on top of a regular one-day ticket.
World of Frozen gets a holiday makeover
World of Frozen will be transformed with Arendelle-inspired Christmas decorations, festive music, and seasonal snowfall.
Anna and Elsa will welcome guests in winter attire, while Olaf will interact with visitors around the land. Guests may also encounter Kristoff preparing a surprise for Sven as part of the seasonal experience.
New for 2026 is a festive winter market featuring handcrafted items, seasonal treats, and other surprises inspired by Arendelle’s winter traditions.
The Frozen festivities will continue beyond Christmas. Starting January 5, 2027, Olaf will lead Arendelle’s first Winterfest, featuring a new storytelling encounter, music, and additional seasonal activities.
New castle stage moment and returning holiday traditions
Across the rest of the park, Mickey and Friends, Woody, Buzz and Jessie, Winnie the Pooh and friends, and other Disney characters will appear in seasonal outfits.
An all-new daytime castle stage moment will debut in front of the Castle of Magical Dreams, bringing Mickey and Minnie together for a Christmas party with music, comedy, and an appearance by Stitch.
The “A Holiday Wish-Come-True” Tree Lighting Ceremony also returns, led by Santa Goofy and followed by snowfall and drone effects.
Disney Christmas Live in Concert! returns
Disney Christmas Live in Concert! will return across two weekends, November 21 to 22 and December 5 to 6, 2026.
The performances combine Disney characters, live musicians, castle projections, familiar Disney songs, and holiday music.
Guests can begin reserving spots for the concert and the New Year’s Eve celebration starting September 28, 2026.
Countdown to 2027
Hong Kong Disneyland will also hold a New Year’s Eve Countdown in front of the Castle of Magical Dreams with Mickey and Friends.
Disney Premier Access packages will be available for designated viewing areas for Momentous and the New Year’s Eve Countdown, along with priority admission to selected attractions and shows depending on the package.
Limited-time ticket and hotel offers
The Non-stop 2-Day Fun Ticket allows guests to enter the park on two consecutive days by adding HKD100 to the price of a regular one-day ticket.
The resort is also offering a 2 Nights Plus Special: 30% Off, which gives guests 30% off the Flexible Rate when booking at least two consecutive nights at a Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotel.
Additional holiday options include seating-area packages for Disney Christmas Live in Concert! and an Explorer’s Christmas Dinner Buffet package that includes access to a designated viewing area for the Momentous nighttime spectacular.
Guests are required to purchase tickets in advance and maintain a valid park reservation for their visit.
