TP in the Philippines is continuing its nationwide expansion after securing approval to operate its 29th Philippine site at the Four E-Com Center complex in the SM Mall of Asia area in Pasay City. The new facility is scheduled to begin operations in September and is expected to generate more than 1,000 jobs, further supporting the country’s growing IT-BPM industry.
The expansion was formalized through a signing between Rahul Jolly, chief executive officer of TP in the Philippines, and Tereso Panga, director general of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
Expanding with confidence in the Philippines
According to Jolly, the company’s latest investment reflects its continued confidence in the Filipino workforce and the country’s position as a global leader in customer experience and digital business services.
“As we celebrate our 30th anniversary of steadfast operations in the Philippines, opening our 29th site marks another strategic milestone in our growth journey,” Jolly said.
He added that the expansion represents more than additional operational capacity, describing it as an investment in modern, digital-first infrastructure that supports TP’s long-term growth and the trust placed in the company by its global clients.
Jolly also thanked PEZA and other government partners for supporting the company’s continued expansion.
“We remain committed to creating meaningful careers, driving inclusive economic opportunities for the local workforce, and cementing our position as the market leader in delivering world-class, tech-enabled transformation solutions and digital business services to the world’s leading brands,” he said.
PEZA welcomes continued investment
Panga welcomed TP’s latest expansion, saying it reinforces the Philippines’ standing as one of the world’s leading destinations for IT-BPM and digital services.
He noted that PEZA remains committed to supporting the company’s future growth through investor-friendly policies, infrastructure development, and continued collaboration with industry stakeholders.
“As TP broadens its presence across the country, particularly in emerging regional IT hubs, PEZA remains fully committed to supporting their future growth plans,” Panga said, adding that the partnership will help create more high-value jobs and economic opportunities for Filipinos.
Building on sustained growth
The new Four E-Com Center facility marks TP in the Philippines’ third expansion announcement in less than a year. It complements the company’s existing Pasay operation at the MAAX Building within the SM Mall of Asia complex, which currently employs more than 5,000 TP experts.
The expansion reflects TP’s continued investment in the Philippines as global demand grows for customer experience, digital transformation, and AI-enabled business services. After three decades of operations in the country, TP remains one of the Philippines’ largest private employers and a major contributor to the local IT-BPM sector.
