    Lenovo unveils consumer laptop lineup for the holiday season

    Lenovo has revealed it three new laptops just in time for the Ber-months. The laptops include Lenovo’s brand-new Yoga flagship the Lenovo Yoga 9i and the Lenovo Yoga Slim 9i, and its newest gaming laptop, the Lenovo Legion Slim 7i.

    The Lenovo Yoga 9i and Yoga Slim 9i

    The newest members of Lenovo’s premium Yoga-line, the flagship convertible the Yoga 9i, and its ultra-slim counterpart the Lenovo Yoga Slim 9i. These two laptops are designed to deliver refined craftsmanship and stunning visuals for consumers with sophisticated taste.

    The two laptops are fitted with Intel’s next-gen Core processors (11th Gen) combined with Intel’s upcoming graphics based on the Xe architecture. The Yoga 9i also comes in a larger 15-inch variant that’s equipped with a 10th Gen Intel Core-i9 HK processor with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q. The laptops are also equipped with up to 16GB of DDR4 memory and up to 2TB of PCIe SSD storage.

    The Yoga 9i series is also the first Lenovo consumer laptop series to feature an authentic leather cover with an aerospace-grade, aluminum chassis for added durability. The leather cover uses a special 20-step bonding process which allows it to retain its original appearance with the natural imperfections that make each product unique. The Yoga 9i convertible is also offered in all-metal and multiple colors, including warm Mica on the 14-inch variant and Slate Grey on the 15-inch model.

    The Yoga Slim 9i is the slimmest laptop in Lenovo’s portfolio coming in at just 13.9mm thin and 1.26Kg light. It has up to a 4K IPS touchscreen display with VESA DisplayHDR 400 and up to 90% DCI-P3 color spectrum and 500 nits of brightness optimized Dolby Vision.

    Meanwhile, the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 convertible has either a 14-inch 4K IPS VESA DisplayHDR 400 display, with the metal variant weighs just 1.37 kg. The 15.6-inch variant has a 4K IPS VESA DisplayHDR 400 display with 500 nits of brightness. The larger variant weighs just 2Kg.

    Both laptops have Thunderbolt 4 ports and WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. Lenovo has rated the Yoga Slim 9i with up to a 63.5 WHr battery capable of up to 20hrs of battery life. The 14-inch Yoga 9i has an 18-hour battery life while the larger 15-inch model has up to 13 hours of battery life.

    The Lenovo Legion Slim 7i

    The Lenovo Legion Slim 7i is the lightest RTX-powered gaming laptop in the world weighing a measly 1.86kg and coming in at just 17.9mm thin. The Lenovo Legion Slim 7i will have up to a tenth gen Intel Core-i9 HK processor and up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060-Max-Q.  The Lenovo Legion Slim 7i will also have up to 2TB of M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD in Raid 0 config, and up to 32GB of DDR4 3200 MHz of RAM.

    The Legion Slim 7i will have various configurations for its 15.6-inch screen, including up to a 4K VESA DisplayHDR 400 with 100% Adobe RGB and 60Hz screen refresh rate and 600 nits of brightness, or a 144Hz FHD IPS display with 100% sRGB color gamut. All configuration have a 85.6% screen viewing ratio, and support Dolby Vision.

    The Lenovo Legion Slim 7i will come with the enhanced TrueStrike mechanical keyboard with an option for Corsair iCUE RGB individual key illumination. The Legion Slim 7i comes with fast and stable Wi-Fi connection thanks to Intel’s Wi-Fi 6. It also has two Thunderbolt ports, and Bluetooth 5. The laptop will also last you a day with its massive 71WHr battery and Rapid Charge Pro.
