Sharp’s acquisition of Toshiba’s personal computing department last year secured the future of the Dynabook series of laptops. The new Portégé X20W-E is Sharp’s first flagship laptop after the acquisition, and is powered by an 8th generation Intel Core processor. It has a 1 TB SSD using the M.2 PCIe standard, and a touchscreen with AES stylus pen support for more note-taking and drawing. The screen is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass, and has 360-degree hinges for increased versatility.
