Oppo announces the arrival of its upgraded A series this month. The latest offerings, the A9 2020 and the A5 2020, feature high-level photography, stunning design, gaming capability, and long-lasting battery.
An all-around entertainment smartphone
The well-loved smartphone series around the globe gets an upgrade in the entertainment department, offering more possibilities than ever. Now equipped with 48-megapixel ultra-wide quad cameras, the A9 2020 is capable of low-light shooting and a whole range of artistic portrait styles. Shooting video is also better than never before with 4K video technology that records clearer videos with more vivid colors and less latency. It comes with a built-in video stabilizer, Dolby Atmos dual stereo speakers, an 8 GB RAM, and has up to 128 GB of internal storage for bigger memory. For uncompromised gaming, it runs on Snapdragon 665 processor and a 5,000 mAh battery that can last throughout the day.
Meanwhile, the A5 2020 adopts the same camera system from its bigger sibling. Instead of whopping 48-megapixel camera sensors, it has 12-megapixel ultra-wide rear quad cameras. At the front is an 8-megapixel camera perfect for taking selfies. Just like the A9 2020, it runs on the same Snapdragon 665 processor and has 5,000 mAh battery. However, it only has a 4 GB RAM paired with up to 128 GB of internal storage.
Oppo will also reveal its brand ambassador for the lineup along with its local launch on September 19, 2019.
