The new PLDT-Smart Store features a self-service InfoTouch Booth which allows customers to view and print billing summaries, as well as check account details and submit repair requests. The Smart Super Kiosk, on the other hand, enables customers to pay their bills or requests a change of SIM card without having to queue. To check data usage for different types of online activities and estimate download and upload times, there’s the Broadband Visualizer that aids customers in deciding the most suitable broadband plan according to their needs. An Interactive Table is also set up for guests who would like to browse, play, watch or listen while waiting for their companions in-store.
