Smart Communications, Inc. is strengthening its Infinity Plans with ROAM+, its first annual roaming wallet, giving Infinity members international connectivity that remains available throughout their contract year.
With ROAM+, members receive up to 40GB of international roaming data credited at the start of their contract year and available for use across multiple trips within 365 days. Members continue using their primary Smart number, manage their connectivity through one bill, and can check their remaining ROAM+ balance through the Smart App.
Roaming data for multiple trips
ROAM+ allocations vary depending on the Infinity Plan. Infinity Plan 3500 comes with 6GB, Infinity Plan 5000 with 20GB, Infinity Plan 8000 with 30GB, and Infinity Plan 9500 with 40GB of international roaming data.
The annual allocation means Infinity members no longer need to arrange a separate roaming allocation before every trip or set up a new connectivity solution each time they travel overseas. Smart positions the service as a way to reduce pre-trip decisions and make international connectivity available whenever members need it.

Expanding the Infinity experience
ROAM+ joins Smart Infinity’s existing suite of premium benefits, which includes Worldwide Concierge Services, complimentary airport lounge access, exclusive access to the Infinity Collection, dedicated relationship manager support, and 24/7 priority assistance at Smart Stores nationwide. Together, the services are intended to provide a more seamless and personalized experience for members.

Staying connected overseas
ROAM+ is designed to help Infinity members stay connected during international travel, where mobile access can support navigation, tourist information, accommodation and transport bookings, attraction discovery, language translation, and communication with family, friends, and colleagues.
With the roaming allocation built into the plan for the contract year, Smart says Infinity members can travel with greater convenience, flexibility, and connectivity already in place.
