First Impressions: Samsung Galaxy S Advance

A few days ago, we gave you a sneak peek at the specs of the Galaxy S Advance. Here it is, at a glance.

It definitely looks the part and you’ll notice the subtle curves in its body, making it elegant and ergonomic. It is 9.69mm thin and weighs approximately 123.2grams, which makes it easy to tote around.

When we initially turned it on, we were definitely impressed with its 4-inch WVGA sAMOLED display, with a resolution of 480×800. Colors were strikingly bold, with excellent blacks that almost practically blended in with the S Advance.

We’ve been using it for a couple of days now, and if we’re talking first impressions, we’re definitely impressed. Running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread with TouchWiz and a 1GHz dual-core processor, the S Advance feels pretty rock solid.

SRP is Php 22,990. Stay tuned for our review.
