Seems like you won’t be spoilt of choice when you decide to grab an ultrabook, as HP has jumped in with their own offering, the HP Folio (DM3). This anorexic little number will be sporting a 13.3-inch screen and will come in two Intel flavors – a low voltage Core i3 running at 1.4 GHz and a Core i5 running at 1.6 GHz that can be turbo-boosted up to 2.3 GHz. Both variants will be more or less identical with each other, and will both sport 4GB of RAM (which is rumored to be expandable up to 8GB) with 128 GB solid state drives for storage. The overall aesthetic of the Folio is more or less typical HP, unlike the flashier UX line of ASUS. The Folio also has a backlit keyboard – something that other ultrabooks don’t have. The whole thing is just 18mm thick and weighs about 1.5 kilos, which means that the Folio is the ideal device for budding road warriors out there.
