Details of this year’s Digital Congress was announced by The Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines last April 6th. Themed as “DX: The Culture of Digital Transformation,” DigiCon 2017 will be held on October 11-13 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).
Following the first and largest digital marketing congress in the country last year, Eduardo Mapa, vice president and chairman of this year’s Digicon, announced that this year’s event would bridge last year’s while leveling up its programs, speakers, and activities. “We will also have culture and technology as part of the exhibit, and when you see Digicon 2017, it’s networking, it’s immersive and it’s taking conference in a whole new level,” said Mapa.
DigiCon 2017 aims to provide a panoramic view on adaptive tools for the era of digital transformation. Teased in the launch via a panel discussion were topics on data analysis, experiential design, data protection and privacy, and virtual reality.

With over 80 skilled speakers, the event will tackle the event’s main 5 + 1 topics: People and Organizations, New Age of Storytelling, Living Streams, Customer Experience, and Pivots and Unicorns, and Culture. Among those to be showcased in the event’s exhibit is virtual and augmented reality technology.
To provide insights on the thriving culture of digitization, DigiCon 2017 has invited globally acknowledged leaders.
