Lenovo, one of the leading manufacturers of computing devices globally, gave both tech and sports fans a treat by bringing back the Black Mamba to launch their newest flagship smartphone, the K900.
The basketball superstar, who has five NBA championship rings to his name, was deemed the perfect endorser for Lenovo’s newest Android device. His consistent performance, winning form, and amazing endurance were all grounds for his being chosen to represent the product.
When asked what he himself looks for in a device, Kobe mentioned that he always looks for innovation, which drove him to accept the endorsement. He said that in particular, he was a fan of the K900s amazing camera, which allowed him to leverage social media and rach his fans and supporters better.
The K900 sports a 5.5-inch, 1080×1920 capacitive touchscreen behind Corning Gorilla Glass 2, and a sharp pixel density of 401 PPI. Under the hood, the K900 runs a 2GHz, dual-core proecssor, 2GB or RAM and 16 GB of storage space. The 13-Megapixel main camera, of which Kobe is such a fan, is also capable of shooting 1080p video at 30FPS, and is backed up by a 2MP secondary cam up front.
