Leading ICT solutions provider Huawei has just unveiled the thinnest smartphone in the world. The Ascend P6, their latest entry into the Android smartphone race, clocks in at an impossibly thin 6.18mm, yet still manages to pack in a 1.5GHz Quad-core processor, 4.7-inch, HD screen and a sharp 5 Megapixel front camera. The P6 tips the scales at 120 grams, and with its sleek, metallic body, is a device that is made to be shown off. It comes with a 2000mAh battery that can last you hours of use thanks to Huawei’s Automated Discontinuous Reception and Quick Power Control.

“The Huawei Ascend P6 is a star among smartphones with its industry-leading design, high-quality camera, and intuitive user interface, Huawei’s proprietary Emotion UI,” said Jason Ma, Country Manager of Huawei Device Philippines. “Building on the success of our Ascend P series of fashion smartphones, the Huawei Ascend P6 provides unsurpassed technology and a design that is simply stunning.”

The Ascend P6 runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and is available for PHP18,990, or through Globe’s Best-Ever My Super Plan for as low as PHP 999 monthly at plan 499 with a PHP 500 monthly cash-out for 24 months, or Plan 999 with a PHP 200 cash-out monthly for 24 months.
