Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has sold close to 70 percent of the inventory at Casa Mira Prime Ormoc within two weeks of its public launch, the developer said, as it expands its residential footprint in Eastern Visayas.
Casa Mira Prime Ormoc, which opened its inventory to the public on September 25, 2026, is the second Casa Mira development in the city. It follows the sold-out success of the first community in Barangay Luna.
EXPANDING ACROSS THE VISAYAS AND MINDANAO
The project expands Casa Mira’s footprint to close to 20,000 units across the Visayas and Mindanao, supporting CLI’s strategy of bringing attainable homes to key urban centers and emerging growth areas.

Casa Mira Prime offers townhouse, duplex, and single-detached homes in the affordable to mid-market segment. Units are priced from PHP2.7 million to PHP3.5 million. The available models are:
- Townhouse A: 47 square meters of floor area on lots of 54 to 78 square meters
- Calista duplex: 50.04 square meters of floor area on 80-square-meter lots
- Cielo single-detached: 48.63 square meters of floor area on 100-square-meter lots
AMENITIES AND LOCATION
Casa Mira Prime Ormoc is designed around community living. Phase 1 features a function hall, playground, and pocket parks, while Phase 2 will introduce additional amenities, including a clubhouse, basketball court, and swimming pools. The development also features underground secondary power lines and solar-ready roof designs for its Cielo single-detached units.
