Aspiring racers still have time to put in their fastest lap time for a chance to live their racing dreams! Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has extended the qualifying period for its sim racing tournament, the TGR Philippines eSports GT Championship 2025, to September 28.
The qualifiers will determine the Top 40 who will go on to compete in the quarterfinals at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay on October 11. The semifinals and national finals will follow the next day on October 12.
Winners will bring home cash prizes, original GR merchandise, and a chance to participate in the Toyota Gazoo Racing Academy. The Top 3 winners will also have the honor of representing the Philippines at the TGR eSports GT Championship Asia Finals in Thailand in November.
Interested participants may register at https://forms.office.com/r/rqhiXM2Bef to schedule their qualifiers. The full list of requirements to be eligible to participate can be found in the form.
Players may do their qualifiers online if they have a PlayStation 4 or 5 with active PSN account and PS plus subscription, and a copy of Gran Turismo 7. For those who do not have these requirements, they may do their qualifiers offline at the following Toyota GR performance dealerships:
