Honda Philippines unveils new motorcycle models

Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) launched its newest underbone, sports and AT models last September 11 at the Honda Safety Driving Center in Manila.

The all-new XRM125 series, the RS125 and the Zoomer-X models promise excitement and a refreshing experience in urban riding.

During the media launch, HPI president Daiki Mihara said that the new models are assured to intensify Honda’s commitment to bold and exciting changes in its extensive line-up of products in terms of design, performance, technological advancement, and joyful riding experience.

“We want Honda riders to feel the power of their dreams by experiencing the models’ performances that are specially made for their own riding needs. These may include daily commutes to work or hang-outs, racing for the sports models, or trail riding adventures for the off-road models,” added Mihara.

The XRM125 gets a design upgrade to give its riders a compelling urban riding experience. It comes in Dual Sport (DS), Dual Sport Extreme (DSX) and Motard variants, each taking inspiration from the aggressive, motocross-style body and decals of the Honda CRF250.

The RS125 features new sporty decals, a refreshed body, and a new fuel-efficient engine that promises improved on-road performance to rival any motorcycle in its class.

Both the XRM125 and the RS125 are now powered by fuel-efficient, Euro 3-compliant PGM-Fi engines pioneered by Honda as early as the 80s, constantly tweaked to fit the performance and efficiency needs of riders.

Honda’s stylish scooter gets new color variants as well. The Zoomer-X is now available in Mat AXis Gray Metallic and Heaven Blue Metallic variants.

The new XRM125, RS125 and Zoomer-X are now available in all Honda flagship stores and 3S shops nationwide.
