VinFast Philippines has officially launched its Early Booking Program for three e-motorcycle models: the VinFast Evo, VinFast Feliz II, and VinFast Viper. The move comes less than a month after the company opened bookings for the same lineup in Indonesia, marking another step in VinFast’s efforts to build a broader green mobility ecosystem across Southeast Asia.
All three models are offered through VinFast’s flexible ownership model, allowing buyers to choose between a battery subscription plan with battery-swapping privileges or purchasing the e-motorcycle with batteries included.
Designed for Different Riders
The VinFast Viper is aimed at younger riders who prefer sporty styling and modern technology. It features a Smart Key system with remote vehicle tracking and locating functions, a TFT display, projector headlights, and dual rear shock absorbers with external reservoirs.
The VinFast Evo and VinFast Feliz II, meanwhile, are designed for practical daily transportation, combining accessible operating costs with performance suited to urban mobility.
Performance and Battery Technology
All three models are equipped with a 5,200W BLDC in-wheel motor. The VinFast Viper and VinFast Feliz II offer top speeds of up to 90kph, while the VinFast Evo reaches a top speed of 80kph.
The e-motorcycles are built using high-strength steel frames that meet Japanese standards. The motor and controller system carry an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, while the battery complies with the European ECE-R136 safety standard and is covered by a warranty of up to six years or 72,000 kilometers.
Each e-motorcycle includes two battery compartments beneath the seat and can accommodate up to two 1.5kWh LFP batteries. With two fully charged batteries installed, the motorcycles can travel up to 150 kilometers under standard conditions.

Battery Swapping Network
Customers may subscribe to batteries for PHP439 per battery per month or purchase motorcycles with batteries included. Battery-swapping services are priced at PHP35 per battery per swap.
In addition to home charging, VinFast is working with global charging infrastructure developer V-Green to deploy battery-swapping stations across the Philippines. The company says the initiative is designed to provide a more convenient and efficient ownership experience while supporting wider EV adoption.
Growing Presence in Southeast Asia
The Philippines remains one of Southeast Asia’s largest two-wheeler markets and is one of five priority markets in VinFast’s electric two-wheeler expansion strategy, alongside Indonesia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia.
In recent years, VinFast has been building a broader green mobility ecosystem through partnerships with local companies and ecosystem partners such as GSM and V-Green. Beyond electric motorcycles, the company continues to expand its portfolio of electric vehicles, e-bikes, and e-buses as part of its long-term sustainable mobility strategy.
“The Philippines is one of the key markets in VinFast’s international electric two-wheeler expansion strategy. The introduction of three battery-swapping e-motorcycle models further expands our product ecosystem in the country while offering more green mobility options tailored to the diverse needs of local consumers,” said Vo Thi Cam Tu, managing director of VinFast E-motorcycles Overseas Market.
