From May 9 to 11, 2025, Tough Mama launched its “Libreng Sakay” (Free Ride) Mother’s Day initiative, offering complimentary jeepney rides along these busy routes:
- Cubao – Marikina
- Lagro – Anonas
- PRC Libertad
- Tanay – Crossing
- Baclaran – Sucat
Five easily recognizable pink jeepneys operated on these routes — no need for tickets, sign-ups, or special passes. Whether a mother, grandmother, or simply someone on their way to work, the ride was completely free.
This initiative was Tough Mama’s way of expressing gratitude to the dedicated mothers who tirelessly juggle work, family, and the daily challenges of life, often facing long commutes and demanding schedules, all to care for their loved ones.
