ASUS Business Philippines has officially introduced the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra, a premium AI-powered business laptop designed for executives, enterprise professionals, and modern mobile workforces. Launched during an event at Okada Manila attended by more than 1,200 enterprise partners, technology leaders, and customers, the new flagship combines an ultra-lightweight design with AI computing, enterprise security, and high-performance hardware built for today’s increasingly demanding business workloads.
The launch also marked the inaugural visit of ASUS co-CEO Samson Hu to the Philippines. Joining him were ASUS vice president and APAC commercial general manager Rex Lee and ASUS Business Philippines business development manager Francis Avila. During the event, Hu shared ASUS’ ambition of becoming the country’s number one commercial PC brand by 2028, noting that the company’s local commercial business has grown by 85% and now accounts for 27% of its business in the Philippines.
Built for AI-powered business computing
Positioned as a Copilot+ PC, the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra is designed to support AI-assisted productivity while remaining highly portable. The laptop weighs as little as 0.99kg and features a CNC-machined aerospace-grade AZ31B magnesium-aluminum chassis with ASUS Nano Ceramic Technology for enhanced durability and scratch resistance.
Powering the system is up to an Intel Core Ultra X9 Series 3 processor paired with an integrated Intel Arc B390 GPU, a dedicated neural processing unit (NPU), and PCIe Gen5 storage. ASUS says the platform is engineered to sustain up to 50W of CPU performance through its ExpertCool Pro thermal design, allowing demanding workloads to run without significant thermal throttling.
Premium display and productivity features
The ExpertBook Ultra features a 14-inch 3K touchscreen OLED display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate and support for Variable Refresh Rate technology. ASUS says the Tandem OLED panel delivers improved brightness while reducing power consumption compared to conventional OLED displays.
The laptop also incorporates a six-speaker Dolby Atmos audio system, a spill-resistant keyboard with 1.5mm key travel, a haptic touchpad, and a full selection of I/O ports, including Thunderbolt 4, USB-A, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm audio jack. These features are intended to support professionals who regularly work across multiple locations without relying on additional adapters or peripherals.
Enterprise security at its core
Security remains a major focus of the ExpertBook Ultra. The laptop integrates ASUS’ MyExpert AI suite alongside enterprise protection features that include NIST SP 800-193 compliance, dual self-healing BIOS, Microsoft Pluton, TPM 2.0, fingerprint authentication, Windows Hello facial recognition, and a physical webcam shield.
Combined with Wi-Fi 7 connectivity and up to 64GB of LPDDR5x memory, the system is designed to support AI workloads, enterprise applications, and hybrid work environments while helping protect sensitive business data.
Executives share first impressions
Ahead of the official launch, ASUS Business Philippines provided three-week evaluation units to several business leaders.
Lito Villanueva, executive vice president and chief innovation and inclusion officer of RCBC, said:

Similar feedback came from Jacqueline Gutierrez, CEO of Happy Skin Cosmetics and BLK Cosmetics, who emphasized reliability in daily work, and Dindo Marzan, SVP of Converge ICT Solutions, who highlighted the laptop’s responsiveness during business workflows.
The launch also featured a panel discussion with Gabbi Garcia, Rico Hizon, Villanueva, and Marzan on the growing role of AI in Philippine business. The event was hosted by Inka Magnaye, with guests that included financial educator and entrepreneur Chinkee Tan, and digital content creator and entrepreneur Reymond Delos Reyes, popularly known as Boss RDR.
ASUS also announced that Garcia and Hizon will serve as the faces of its ExpertBook Ultra campaign.
Availability
The ASUS ExpertBook Ultra is now available in the Philippines with prices starting at PHP129,995 through select ASUS authorized stores and technology retailers nationwide.
Customers who purchase the laptop until July 31, 2026 can also receive an Early Bird Bundle that includes an ASUS 100W GaN charger and PHP10,000 worth of SSI gift vouchers, subject to the promotion’s terms and conditions.
