    BlackBerry lovers, listen up. RIM has just officially launched the BlackBerry Bold 9790 and the Curve 9380 – two brand spanking new smartphones from the Canadian firm that uses the latest BlackBerry 7 OS. The Bold 9790 is being marketed by the company as a reasonably compact and powerful device equipped with both a high-resolution touchscreen and physical QWERTY keyboard. It’s powered by a 1 GHz processor and comes with 8GB of onboard memory and an expandable memory card slot that supports up to 32 GB of additional storage.

    The Curve 9380 meanwhile, is the company’s first touchscreen smartphone in the Curve lineup. It’s equipped with a 3.2-inch touchscreen display, 5 megapixel camera and access to the same BIS services that its bigger brothers come with. Both devices is powered by BlackBerry 7, the latest OS powering BlackBerry devices. RIM hasn’t given us prices nor a timeframe when these two devices will be available in the Philippines.
