    After being awarded the Most Powerful Brand in the World by Brand Finance for the second consecutive year, Ferrari also received the BrandLaureate Brand of the Year Award “Best Brand in Automotive – Luxury Sports Car” 2013–2014 in Malaysia.
    The BrandLaureate Awards (TBL) was conceptualized to honor brand excellence amongst the best of brands in Malaysia and the world. It is awarded to deserving brands from multinationals (MNCs), trans-national corporations (TNCs), large corporations (LCs), public-listed companies (PLCs) and government-linked companies (GLCs ) that have shown best practices in branding and met the stringent selection criteria of the APBF.
    Founded in 2005, the Asia Pacific Brand Foundation (APBF) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to developing brands in a myriad of business backdrops. It is led by its Patron, H.E. Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, Malaysia’s fourth Prime Minister together with a Board of Governors who are experienced captains of industries and brand icons.
    In the Brand of the Year Award 2013-2014, Ferrari was awarded the “Best Brand in Automotive – Luxury Sports Car”.  Accepting the award for Ferrari was Datuk Wira Hj SM Faisal Tan Sri SM Nasimuddin, Joint Group executive chairman of NAZA WORLD, who was also named ‘Automotive Man of the Year 2013-2014’.   NAZA Italia Sdn Bhd was acknowledged as Ferrari’s South East Asia distributor of the year in 2013 and also nominated as one of the top four best dealers in the world for the Ferrari brand.
