To better serve its mobile customers, Globe Telecom has relaunched its online shop, http://shop.globe.com.ph/. The revamped site allows users access to exclusive promos, the newest devices, and exciting freebies on a single platform.

The Online Shop hosts select offers not available in physical stores, rewarding customers who choose to subscribe to postpaid plans and devices online. Since its launch, users have received Spotify Premium codes and gift certificates as reward, while some were entitled to discounted cash-outs for select plans.

Freebies such as free access to Facebook, Viber, and NBA League Pass were also made available with each plan purchase. Additionally, the store gives online customers first crack on select phones even before they become available in Globe Stores, complete with phone features and specs.

The Globe Online Shop also features a cart to checkout system that allows customers to easily assess their order and submit all applications requirements, incorporating a save feature so they can finish their applications at a later time. There are also chat and callback options that enable them to consult a product specialist when applying for a new postpaid plan; and more complete product pages with high resolution pictures, detailed features, plan inclusions, and specifications.

“As part of our thrust on superior customer experience, we are very excited to launch our new Globe Online Shop which is a one-stop shop for customers to enjoy shopping with Globe. It’s an easy, convenient, and hassle-free platform that aims to provide the best shopping experience for your favorite devices, postpaid plans, and offers.
