GMA Network, Inc. – through GMA New Media, Inc. (NMI) – and PLDT-Smart Communications, Inc. entered into a technology, content, and distribution agreement through which the companies will launch game-changing innovations that will power and transform the TV viewing-experience in the Philippines.
