Today, Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation (SEPCO) introduced the Q9000 floor-standing air conditioner.
This free standing AC has three powerful front-facing fans that operate independently or together, evenly distributing cool air in spirals to efficiently cool rooms regardless the weather. The Q9000 takes the form of a home speaker system, sporting a design that will complement every home interior. Furthermore, it is integrated with the latest air purifying technology namely Virus Doctor which eliminates 99 percent of harmful airborne contaminants and viruses.

Inspired by the Aviation Industry – Jet Engine Technology
The Q9000 introduces a Turbo Jet Cooling feature inspired by the jet engine mechanism used in aircrafts.
Aerodynamically shaped blades fixed inside the three circular front-facing fans produces a whirlwind airflow quickly creating a cool milieu. All three fans can both be used for optimum cooling or just a single fan. Also, each fan can be controlled individually offering users easy controls in adjusting the temperature.
Energy Saving – Smart Inverter
The Smart Inverter Compressor reduces energy usage by up to 50 percent compared to conventional models. The Q9000 maintains a consistent temperature devoid of constant shutting of the compressor on and off, significantly reduces energy consumption. Energy savings can also be gained by controlling the individual fans through seven different airflow modes.
Fresh and Clean Indoor Air
Intended for an improved air quality, this model is equipped with an advanced air care system to aid consumers’ respiratory health by combining Zero Filter and Virus Doctor.
Zero Filter is an essential barrier that electrifies dust particles. The filter is also easily washable for added convenience to consumers. While Samsung’s innovative Virus Doctor also deactivates germs and viruses in the air. This advanced air purifying technology neutralizes 99 percent of harmful contaminants and viruses, including bacteria that resist physical filtration.
The Q9000 also dehumidifies the air to stop mold from occurring, leading to prevention of respiratory problems.
Your Lifestyle Upgraded with Design
The overall design resembles chic home theater speakers while the circular fan design, inspired by LP record players, spin smoothly that glows a shade of blue to help the user visualize the cool airflow. The air conditioner also has an ice blue light effect and Crystal Gloss finish to further elevate the unit’s aesthetics.
Under Samsung’s design expertise, the Q9000 is built with a compact body, with a base measuring 360mm in length and 269mm in breadth, it won’t take much space.
The Q9000 floor-standing air conditioner will be launched this November and will be available at authorized Samsung dealers.
