The new smartwatch combines specialized sports tracking, dual-band GPS, long battery life, and recovery-focused wellness insights for users with more active routines.

The HONOR Watch 6 expands beyond general fitness tracking with more than 120 sports modes and dedicated training tools for activities such as running, football, badminton, cycling, and outdoor sports.

Priced at PHP13,999 in the Philippines, the smartwatch is designed for users who want more detailed performance data without moving into a highly specialized sports watch. Its feature set ranges from sport-specific analytics to GPS tracking, battery endurance, and wellness insights that can help users better understand both training and recovery.

More detailed tracking for specific sports

The Watch 6 includes dedicated professional modes that go beyond basic workout duration and heart-rate tracking.

Football Professional Mode records steps, distance, sprint speed, average speed, and segment data, while heat maps and movement analysis can be reviewed through the companion app. Badminton Professional Mode tracks five dimensions and nine core data points, including swing count, swing speed, shot power, forehand-to-backhand ratio, and stroke types.

These modes are designed to give users more sport-specific feedback rather than relying on generic activity metrics.

A built-in running coach

Runners get access to a Professional Running Coach with lactate-threshold heart-rate monitoring, real-time AI voice guidance, heart-rate and pace targets, and posture analysis.

The combination is intended to help users structure training around more meaningful thresholds instead of simply chasing distance or pace. Real-time guidance can also make it easier to adjust effort during a session, while post-run analysis gives users more context about how they performed.

Dual-band GPS for outdoor activities

For outdoor tracking, the Watch 6 uses the HONOR AccuTrack System, which combines a new GNSS chip with dual-band GPS.

Dual-frequency independent positioning supports up to 42 hours of use, while 3D distance measurement is designed to improve tracking during activities such as trail running, mountaineering, and cycling. The broader aim is to provide more consistent positioning when terrain and elevation changes make simple two-dimensional tracking less useful.

Long battery life and bright display

A 980mAh battery powers the watch, with HONOR rating it for up to 35 days in long-endurance scenarios and up to 17 days of typical use.

The watch uses a 1.46-inch Hybrid LTPS display that reaches up to 3,000 nits peak brightness, helping maintain visibility outdoors. Wet Touch Control keeps the display responsive in rain, sweat, and humid conditions, while the 41g body and 10.8mm thickness keep the device relatively light for extended wear.

Tracking recovery as well as activity

Beyond exercise, the Watch 6 includes Body Energy Assessment, which uses data including heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep, and stress.

The feature is designed to help users understand their energy levels and put workouts in the context of recovery. That gives the watch a broader role beyond recording activity, particularly for users trying to balance harder training sessions with adequate rest.

The HONOR Watch 6 is available for PHP13,999 through HONOR stores, partner dealers, and online through Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
