VinFast will begin public test drives for its first Philippine electric motorcycle lineup on July 31, 2026, giving riders an opportunity to experience the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper at participating dealerships.
The activities are intended to help riders better understand how electric motorcycles perform in everyday use, how they can be charged, and how battery-swapping and ownership options work. VinFast said more dealerships are scheduled to open across the Philippines beginning in August, bringing its electric motorcycles and related services closer to customers.
Expanding the dealership network
VinFast is preparing to expand its electric motorcycle presence through dealerships in Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, and Metro Davao. Additional locations in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Bulacan are also expected to offer public test drives over the coming months.
Visitors will be able to inspect the motorcycles, compare their available colors and features, and speak with VinFast representatives about pricing and ownership options. Public activities throughout August will also allow riders to experience the company’s battery-swapping technology.
Three electric motorcycles available for testing
The first VinFast electric motorcycle lineup in the Philippines consists of the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper, with each model serving a different type of rider.
The Evo combines everyday styling and mobility with a top speed of 80km/h and a claimed range of up to 150km when equipped with two fully charged batteries. The Feliz II takes a more practical and versatile approach, with a top speed of 90km/h, while the sportier Viper produces a maximum output of 5,200W and also reaches up to 90km/h.
All three models will be available for test rides at local VinFast dealerships.
Battery swapping and charging options
Select dealerships already offer access to VinFast’s battery-swapping solution, allowing prospective buyers to see how the system works before choosing an electric motorcycle.
The Evo, Feliz II, and Viper each have two battery compartments under the seat and support battery swapping. Customers may purchase their motorcycles with batteries or subscribe to a battery plan, while home charging is also available as an alternative.
VinFast said it plans to work with partners to deploy around 30,000 battery-swapping cabinets nationwide. The network is intended to make battery access more convenient for riders and reduce the time required to replenish energy compared with conventional charging.
