VinFast has officially launched its electric motorcycle ecosystem in the Philippines, opening 21 showrooms alongside the local debut of the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper. The pioneer dealerships will begin operating in major cities nationwide, improving access to VinFast products, authorized services, and energy solutions. The company expects the network to expand further as it strengthens its presence in the Philippine two-wheeler market.
The simultaneous opening comes just over a month after VinFast’s early booking program, which the company said attracted thousands of customers nationwide. According to VinFast, the response indicates growing interest in battery-swapping electric motorcycles and supports its longer-term investment plans for the country.
All-in-one electric motorcycle showrooms
VinFast intends to develop its dealerships as all-in-one destinations where customers can view products, explore charging and battery solutions, and access technical and after-sales support.
Visitors can receive product consultations, take test rides, experience a one-minute battery swap, explore home-charging options, and compare available ownership arrangements. Public experience activities will continue at the new dealerships throughout August 2026, giving customers opportunities to test the three models and learn more about battery technology and sales policies.
The launch also included battery-swapping demonstrations and details of VinFast’s supporting ecosystem. The company plans to work with infrastructure partners to deploy around 30,000 battery-swapping cabinets nationwide.

Three models for different riders
The VinFast Evo, Feliz II, and Viper are designed for different mobility needs and riding styles.
The Evo combines everyday mobility with a top speed of 80km/h and a claimed range of up to 150km when equipped with two fully charged batteries.
The Feliz II takes a more practical approach and reaches a top speed of 90km/h.
The Viper features sportier styling, a maximum power output of 5,200W, and a top speed of 90km/h. VinFast positions the model for younger riders looking for more technology and a more engaging riding experience.
Battery purchase and subscription options
All three motorcycles have two under-seat battery compartments and support VinFast’s battery-swapping system. Customers may purchase a motorcycle with batteries included or subscribe to a battery plan based on their preferred usage and ownership setup.
Customers who subscribe to the battery program on or before September 30, 2026, are entitled to free battery swaps for one year, subject to a limit of 20 swaps per month. For customers subscribed to two batteries, each battery swap counts separately toward the monthly allocation.
