Coins.ph has entered into a strategic partnership with Bayad to expand the range of bills that users can pay directly through the mobile app.
Through a direct integration with Bayad’s biller network, Coins.ph says it can reduce its reliance on third-party aggregators and provide faster, more reliable payment processing. The partnership expands the number of billers available in the app to nearly 300, roughly doubling its previous capacity.
Nearly 300 billers across 17 categories

The expanded network covers 17 categories, including utilities, government services, telecommunications, travel, banking, and other recurring household and personal expenses.
For Coins.ph, the partnership also broadens the app’s usefulness beyond digital asset trading. Users who rely on the platform primarily for bills and other everyday financial transactions can access a wider selection of payment options without leaving the app.
“We want to show how Coins.ph fits naturally into your daily life,” said Amira Alawi, global marketing director of Coins.ph. “By partnering with a household name as trusted as Bayad, we’re making it incredibly easy for our users to settle their utilities and everyday expenses with nearly 300 billers, all in just a few taps.”
Direct integration aims to speed up posting
Coins.ph says Bayad’s direct API integration enables Real-Time Posting for major billers. According to the release, applicable payments are posted within 24 hours, helping users avoid delays that may lead to late-payment concerns.
“This partnership bridges the best of everyday traditional payments with the power of digital finance,” said Dennis Gatuslao, chief commercial and marketing officer of Bayad. “By linking Bayad’s direct-to-biller network with Coins.ph’s innovative app, we are eliminating boundaries for users.”
Expanded biller options now available
The expanded biller network is now available to registered Coins.ph users through the latest version of the app on iOS and Android.
Coins.ph is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and offers mobile wallet services, remittances, mobile load, bill payments, and digital asset trading. Bayad, formerly Bayad Center, provides payment collection services across utilities, banking, insurance, government contributions, transportation, loans, and other categories.
In Summary
Coins.ph and Bayad have partnered to expand the Coins.ph bills payment network to nearly 300 billers across 17 categories. The direct API integration is also intended to support faster posting for major billers, while broadening the app’s role in everyday payments alongside its digital asset and wallet services.
