Metro Manila residents don’t have to go far for their storage needs with Western Digital’s (WD) concept store located at the 4th floor Cyberzone of SM North EDSA’s Annex. Touring the media around the store, they unveiled their latest entertainment storage offerings: the My Passport AV TV and the WD TV Live.
The My Passport AV-TV is a compact plug-and-play media device that serves as the storage space for smart TVs with recording functions. Its USB 3.0 interface feeds into the special AV drive for optimal audio and video quality. 1TB and 500GB storage options ensure enough space for hundreds of HD movies or thousands of television programs.
Meanwhile, the WD TV Live is a Wi-Fi enabled media player that lets your TV stream audio and video from the internet and from your own collection. You’ll be able to enjoy Spotify, Netflix, Hulu Plus, Youtube, and other services; and play MPEGs 1 to 4, AVI, MKV, MOV, and VOB – among others – all in the comfort of your sofa.
The Passport AV-TV costs PHP 4,999 for the 1TB version, while the WD TV is tagged at PHP 4,680. For customer convenience, any problems with WD products can be quickly solved with a visit to their service center located at Pasong Tamo, Makati City. Finally, they have an ongoing back to school promo with discounted prices of various gizmos.
