Telltale Games has finally announced that the first episode of Season Two of The Walking Dead, “All That Remains”, will make its debut on December 17 for PC and Mac.
The Xbox 360 version of “All That Remains” will arrive the following day, December 18. The release dates for the PS3, PS4, Vita and Xbox One versions have yet to be announced. An iOS version will also be launched, although no release details have been disclosed.
Players who pre-order through Telltale’s online store or through Steam can save 10% off the price of the PC and Mac versions, bringing the price for the season pass down from USD 22.99 to USD 22.49.
First released in 2012, The Walking Dead is an adventure game based on Robert Kirkman’s graphic novel series that involves a decision-making gameplay, where each choice determines how other characters interact with your player as the game progresses. Telltale claims that the decisions that players made in Season One and in the expansion pack, “400 Days“, will affect the how the game plays out for them in Season Two.
A new full-length trailer has been released to give players a sneak peek of what they’ll be up against in the second season and who they’ll be playing as.
In Season Two, players control Clementine, the little 9-year-old girl in Season One. Sure, she’s no Lee Everett, but just because you’re playing a little girl doesn’t mean you get less action and that the zombie-infested world is going to be any kinder.
