Guided by its mission to uplift the quality of life and foster socio-economic development in the region, the premier property developer has built innovative, top-quality projects and forged partnerships that empower communities.

Among its flagship projects, the Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE) has become a reliable partner for locators enhancing their businesses in Mindanao. By providing companies with industrial lots and facilities to support their operations, AIE continues to foster economic development in the region.

As Damosa Land celebrated its milestones, Ricardo Lagdameo, president of Damosa Land, looked back on the company’s journey. “Our anniversary means so much because this highlights everything that we have accomplished in the past 20 years and the many things we can do moving forward,” Lagdameo said. “While 20 years may already seem like a long time to many, for us, it marks just the beginning of our progress in Mindanao.”

Anflo Industrial Estate, the premier agro-industrial hub in Mindanao, houses the biggest tennis ball manufacturing facility of Head Sport in the world, which is seen to generate jobs and further drive economic growth in the region.

This center features innovative products produced and exported from AIE. These developments have proven Damosa Land’s real estate excellence and strong commitment to developing Mindanao’s industries and investment potential.
