Instead of operating its own clinics, iCare has adopted a partnership-driven model that leverages the nationwide presence of established healthcare providers. The network now includes 157 Super Preferred Clinics across the Philippines, allowing members to access primary care services, with consultations at participating clinics not deducted from their consultation benefit limits.
The company said this approach enables it to focus on its core role as a health maintenance organization while working closely with healthcare providers to improve member experience and expand access to preventive healthcare.
