The upgraded Volvo S-60 R-Design adopts a four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine along with a range of electronic systems that backs up its chassis. It comes with an 8-speed Geartronic transmission with paddle shifters, an Adaptive Digital Display, and Volvo’s Sensus Infotainment system for absolute control and ease while driving. Add to that, this sedan is engineered with an energy-efficient Auto Start/Stop system that activates for when in situations like being stuck in traffic.

- Engine Drag Control prevents the wheels from losing their grip during engine braking on a slippery surface.
- The DSTC system also has a sports setting that makes it possible for the driver to disable the anti-spin function.
