Chevron Philippines, Incorporated (CPI) through its Caltex brand of fuels, now supports the Car Awards Group, Incorporated (CAGI) in its activities for the 2014 awards season. Caltex with Techron will be the official fuel of the upcoming CAGI Fuel Economy Benchmark Test. The activity will measure the fuel economy figures of participating cars in a controlled test with the aim of creating a definitive standard for fuel economy rating in the country.
Caltex with Techron is likewise the main sponsor for the 2013-2014 Car and Truck of the Year Awards to be held on January 22, 2014 at the Filinvest Tent in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
