    Mobility Car Awards Group, Inc.’s Awards Night Set for November 25.

    Over sixty all-new, or significantly updated vehicles launched between October 2013 and October 2014, arrived for the 4-day testing held by the Car Awards Group, Inc. (CAGI) for consideration for the 2014-2015 Car of the Year-Philippines and Truck of the Year-Philippines awards.

    Held from October 6 to 8, with an additional session held on October 13 at the Filinvest City in Alabang, both qualitative and quantitative testing was done to determine this year’s batch of awardees. This year’s testing was participated in by the following brands: BAIC, BYD, Chevrolet, Ford, Haima, Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Kia, Mazda, MINI, Nissan, Peugeot, Rolls Royce, Suzuki, TATA, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

    Aside from the much-coveted Car of the Year – Philippines and Truck of the Year – Philippines titles, winners for the following categories shall also be awarded: Best Micro Car; Best Mini Car; Best Basic Subcompact Car; Best Subcompact Car; Best Premium Subcompact Car; Best Compact Car; Best Premium Compact Car; Best Luxury Compact Car; Best Midsize Car; Best Premium Midsize Car; Best Ultra-Luxury Car; Best Subcompact Crossover; Best Compact Crossover; Best Crossover; ; Best Subcompact MPV; Best Subcompact Van; Best Midsize SUV; Best SUV; Best 2WD Pick-up Truck; and Best 4WD Pick-up Truck. The entries that top their respective classes then become the candidates for COTY-P and TOTY-P.

    Our loyal sponsors shall also be giving out special awards to those deemed worthy, namely: SpeedLab Tuner’s Choice Award; Caltex with Techron Award; Manila International Auto Show Design Award; Filinvest Luxury Lifestyle Award; CAGI Motor Sports Award; Spyder Phils. Innovation Award; Brothers Burger Value-for-Money Award; and the AAP Road Safety Award.
