    Premium Extended Warranty (PEW) is the most comprehensive service plan protection coverage that protects new Ford vehicles from unexpected repair costs for up to five years from purchase or 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. PEW provides new vehicle owners with first-class service that guarantees up to five years of worry-free ownership and reliable protection for their new investment.

    PEW covers the use of certified genuine Ford parts and labor to repair, replace or adjust thousands of key components for engine, transmission, steering, brakes, front suspensions, and electrical systems, among others. This not only provides confidence in the performance of the vehicle but also drastically limits out-of-pocket expenses.

    Various PEW plans are available, depending on the vehicle age and mileage, ranging from two months/4,000km to 36 months/100,000km, providing worry-free ownership for up to a five-year period. Prices of PEW plans vary on the model of the vehicle.

Taking car servicing to the next level, SSP ensures the use of 100% genuine Ford parts and is a cost-efficient way to ensure that the owner’s investment is protected through a scheduled service maintenance program done by Ford-trained technicians.

    The SSP offers flexible plans to protect the owners of Ford vehicles from future price increase on the parts of the vehicles and labor charges. Included in SSP are all specified replacements and adjustments under the Periodic Maintenance Service that cover engine oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, brake fluid, clutch fluid, among others. The actual checks, replacements and repairs on Ford vehicles depend on the type of plan a customer chooses.

    Both PEW and SSP are 100% transferable to the next owner of the vehicle within the duration of the plan’s validity, which notably increases resale value.
