    Motorcycle manufacturer Honda Philippines, Inc.’s (HPI) Generation S smart rider campaign successfully completed its Cagayan de Oro leg as the brand held the Honda Gen S Scooter Fest at the Limketkai Center. Showcased during the event were the BeAT-Fi, Click 125i, and the Zoomer-X scooters equipped with smart technology that enable them to fit various personalities and lifestyles.

    The Scooter Fest saw tons of activities, including the Honda Talent Search wherein groups of singers and dancers battled it out for the distinction of being the city’s most talented; Honda Poster Making Contest for young residents to demonstrate their creativity; and the Scooter Fest Spot My Ride accessory contest for visitors to know how to make the Gen S scooters truly their own. Meanwhile, the gallery display had representatives from Desmark, Honda Motor World, and Powercycle on hand to answer product inquiries and questions.

    The guests were also given a chance to test drive the models so they could get a first-hand experience of how Honda’s smart technology works, including the idling stop and combined brake systems. The day was capped off by a rider’s parade composed of members of different CDO clubs. During the night, Parokya ni Edgar held a concert at the mall grounds for the enjoyment of the locals.
