Yamaha Motor Philippines celebrity ambassadors James Reid and Nadine Lustre, along with the Mio i 125, Mio Soul i 125, Mio 125 Mxi, and Mio sporty, recently invaded the Mandaluyong Greenfield District Park as the brand continues its Ride Your Story campaign with the Mio lineup of bikes. Making the event more memorable was the introduction of Revvy Bear, Yamaha’s newest mascot.

The Mio motorcycles were also the ride of choice for Yamaha’s women-exclusive Safe Riding Science Activity. The program aims to educate female riders on proper motorcycle techniques, using seminars and hands-on tutorials to give them a complete learning experience. 100 participants joined the initial activity, with all of them getting to meet Nadine Lustre afterwards. It is planned to be a continuous program that will be available throughout the Philippines.

Some of the first venues set to be visited by the Ride Your Story campaign include Siliman University, La Salle Bacolod, and other campuses. The campus tour will be tackling the daily problems of students from pressure to traffic conditions and will explain how the Mio motorcycles can help them face these trials. The feel of the upcoming tour was given an empowering start by the NU Underdogs.

Yamaha is also on the lookout for the next Mio ambassadors. The search for these Mio Revsetters is open to all students above 18 years old currently enrolled in college. They can register at the flagship Yamaha YZone shop or through yamaha-motor.com.ph. The top 16 finalists will be part of Yamaha’s webisodes, with the top 4 to be proclaimed as the official 2016 Revsetters.
