Leading compact car distributor Suzuki Philippines recently upgraded the safety features of the Suzuki Celerio and Alto. The upgrade complements the two’s smooth and comfortable driving features with safety and convenience for a peace of mind.

Compact yet feature-packed Celerio
Through the Celerio, the country’s most fuel-efficient car in the gasoline category, Suzuki is able to fortify its legacy in safety and comfort. The Celerio’s reverse parking sensor enables easier reverse maneuverability, while the Total Effective Control Technology (TECT) feature, which achieves high-rigidity and low-weight body for greater collision safety, effectively utilizes high-tensile materials to extend the Celerio’s safety features.
The Celerio features a record breaking 29.14km/L fuel economy rating, based on a fuel economy run organized by the DOE and Petron Corporation. Along with excellent fuel economy are several other features for comfort and safety—a 7-inch Multimedia Touchscreen Audio System for entertainment, dual airbags in the driver and passenger seats, and an anti-lock brake system.
The upgraded Celerio is available locally in Pearl Snow White, Metallic Star Silver, Metallic Mineral Gray, Pearl Super Black, Pearl Ablaze Red, and Prime Cerulean Blue.
The upgraded Alto
Like the Celerio, the Alto 800 STD also received significant safety upgrades that include an anti-lock brake system, dual airbags for all seats, and Suzuki’s TECT that improves vehicle safety and more.
The upgraded Alto 800 STD is available in color options Superior White, Silky Silver Metallic, Brilliant Yellow, Granite Grey, Blazing Red, Prime Mojito Green and Cerulean Blue.
The Celerio 1.0 GL-MT variant can be had in low down-payments as low as PHP 58,000, and the Suzuki Alto 800 STD, for PHP 28,000 until October 31, 2017.
