Whether it is a daily commute, a work session in a café, or a long-haul flight, uninterrupted listening can be difficult to find. soundcore, the audio brand under Anker Innovations, is addressing those everyday scenarios with the new Space 2 over-ear headphones.
The Space 2 combines adaptive noise cancellation, immersive audio, all-day comfort, and extended battery life in a design intended for commuting, work, travel, and everyday use.
Adaptive noise cancellation and customizable sound
The soundcore Space 2 features four-stage adaptive noise cancellation that automatically responds to changes in the surrounding environment. According to soundcore, the system is designed to reduce low-frequency background sounds such as city traffic and aircraft engine noise.
Users can further personalize their listening experience through the soundcore app, which includes an eight-band equalizer for adjusting audio according to different music genres and listening preferences.
The headphones use an ergonomic over-ear design with soft memory foam padding that adapts to different head shapes for a secure, cushioned fit. Integrated ear-cup controls provide access to playback, volume, and power, while a customizable multifunction button can switch noise-cancelling modes or be assigned to functions such as soundcore’s Anka AI assistant, real-time translation, and other shortcuts.
Designed for calls and connected workdays
The Space 2 is also equipped for calls and virtual meetings, using three AI-enhanced microphones to reduce background noise while isolating the user’s voice.
Bluetooth 6.1 supports simultaneous connection to two devices, allowing users to stay connected to a smartphone and laptop at the same time. This makes it easier to move between music, calls, and meetings without repeatedly reconnecting devices.
Smart Wearing Detection adds another layer of convenience by automatically pausing audio when the headphones are removed and resuming playback when they are worn again.
Up to 70 hours of listening
Battery life is one of the Space 2’s key features. soundcore rates the headphones for up to 50 hours of playback with Active Noise Cancellation enabled and up to 70 hours with ANC switched off.
Fast charging is also supported. A five-minute charge provides up to four hours of listening time, which can be useful before a commute, workout, or flight.
The headphones charge through USB-C and come with an AUX cable and protective carrying pouch.
Pricing and availability in the Philippines
The soundcore Space 2 is available in black and white and retails for PHP7,995.
It is available through soundcore’s official website and official online stores on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
With adaptive noise cancellation, long battery life, multipoint Bluetooth connectivity, and features aimed at both entertainment and productivity, the Space 2 is positioned as an everyday pair of headphones for commuters, travelers, and users who regularly switch between work and personal listening.
