3M Global Service Center, the Philippine-based global shared service hub of the leading provider of science-based solutions, is now the top employer in the National Capital Region, according to the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).
In the recently concluded PMAP Annual Conference this 2022, 3M Global Service Center (GSC) Philippines was awarded as Employer of the Year–National Capital Region. PMAP bestows this award to an organization that fulfills its business objectives and successfully manages its social and people management responsibilities. The award recognizes a purpose-driven organization that puts its people’s philosophies, principles, and values at the core of its operations—one that operates beyond profits and nurtures passion & a sense of personal growth in its people.
Reggie Pulumbarit, vice president of 3M GSC Philippines and managing director of 3M Southeast Asia region, presented the case for 3M GSC Philippines prior to the awarding ceremony, highlighting the organization’s initiatives, strengths, and biggest differentiators.
