    The evening opened with a vibrant Dragon and Lion Dance, marking the Chinese New Year and symbolizing prosperity and new beginnings. The program showcased Castrol’s commitment to driving progress through a Castrol Brand Film, highlighting the Brand’s 125-year journey of innovation. The film underscored Castrol’s continued evolution beyond lubricants, with a focus on sustainability, digital transformation, and emerging growth opportunities.

    The convention featured a series of engaging team activities that brought excitement and strengthened bonds. The Team Trivia Challenge, Marshmallow Tower Challenge, and Chopstick Relay tested participants’ creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. These activities reflected core business values—collaboration, adaptability, and perseverance—while adding energy and fun to the evening.
