Lazada Philippines and Canva have partnered to help Filipino micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises strengthen how they present their products and brands online. At the center of the collaboration is the new Lazada Seller Hub, a creative resource that gives sellers access to ready-made templates designed for eCommerce marketing.
Launched in August, the Seller Hub includes general templates available to all Lazada sellers as well as seven campaign-specific templates for merchants joining sale events. The two companies say new campaign-ready templates will be introduced during every campaign period, giving sellers updated resources they can use to promote products, tell their brand stories, and make better use of major shopping moments on the platform.
From product listings to stronger brand stories
For MSMEs competing in crowded online marketplaces, visual presentation can play an important role in helping products stand out. Through the partnership, Lazada and Canva aim to make better design tools more accessible to sellers that may not have dedicated creative teams or extensive design experience.
The Seller Hub is intended to help merchants move beyond simply uploading products by giving them tools for creating more polished campaign materials and consistent visual identities. By using templates tailored to Lazada selling environments, merchants can adapt creative assets more quickly while maintaining a more professional presentation.
“Seller success is at the heart of Lazada’s business, and we know that enabling sellers means giving them more than just access to customers. It means equipping them with the right tools, knowledge and opportunities to grow,” said Alvin Ching, head of general operations at Lazada Philippines.
Ching added that making quality creative resources more accessible and more relevant to Lazada campaigns can help sellers present themselves more confidently and engage shoppers more effectively.
Canva tools meet Lazada’s seller ecosystem
Canva Philippines sees the partnership as a way to help small businesses communicate more clearly with customers through better visual content. The platform’s design tools are being integrated into Lazada’s broader seller-support ecosystem to make campaign-ready content easier to create.
“For many small businesses, every piece of content is an opportunity to introduce their brand, build trust and connect with a customer,” said Laura Kantor, country manager at Canva Philippines. “We are excited to work with Lazada to make the creative process easier and more accessible for Filipino entrepreneurs.”
Kantor said combining Canva’s design capabilities with Lazada’s seller ecosystem can give more businesses the confidence and tools to showcase products and strengthen their presence online.
More learning support for sellers
The partnership builds on Lazada’s existing seller education programs, including Lazada University, which provides training and resources covering areas such as content, operations, order fulfillment, and platform policies.
Lazada and Canva are also exploring additional initiatives aimed at improving sellers’ creative capabilities. These include training workshops, dedicated courses on Lazada University, and special subscription offers that could give merchants more opportunities to develop their design and marketing skills.
The broader goal is to combine creative tools with practical learning so sellers can not only access templates but also improve how they use visual content as part of their eCommerce strategy.
Supporting MSMEs in the digital economy
The Lazada Seller Hub is part of a wider push to make digital commerce more accessible to Filipino MSMEs. By giving sellers simpler ways to create marketing materials, Lazada and Canva are addressing one of the practical challenges smaller businesses often face when trying to compete with larger and more established brands online.
The partnership also reflects how eCommerce platforms are increasingly providing tools beyond logistics and customer access. For sellers, success can also depend on how clearly they present their products, communicate value, and build trust with shoppers.
With the Seller Hub and additional initiatives still in development, Lazada and Canva are positioning creativity and education as important parts of helping Filipino businesses grow online.
