The company also received Circle of Excellence honors for Most Innovative Company of the Year, Service Excellence Company of the Year, and CEO of the Year

TP in the Philippines was named Sustainability Company of the Year at the 17th Asia CEO Awards, recognizing its efforts to integrate environmental responsibility, inclusive employment, and community development into its operations.

The recognition comes as TP celebrates its 30th year of operations in the Philippines, three decades of creating career opportunities and developing Filipino talent to work with global businesses. This year also marks TP’s 9th consecutive Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification.

Held at the Manila Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City, the awards also gave TP Circle of Excellence distinctions in three categories: Most Innovative Company of the Year, Service Excellence Company of the Year, and CEO of the Year, presented to Rahul Jolly, CEO of TP in the Philippines.

TP operates 29 sites across the country with a 60,000-strong AI-ready workforce serving global brands in multiple industries. It recently organized major job fairs for jobseekers in Metro Manila, Cebu, and Cagayan de Oro.

“Receiving this award reflects TP’s belief that lasting business success must go hand-in-hand with the well-being of people and the environment. As we continue to strengthen our sustainability efforts, we remain committed to creating opportunities that go beyond business growth. This is part of our responsibility to build a future where progress is inclusive, resources are used responsibly, and the value we create can be sustained for generations to come,” said Dipto Sen, CFO of TP in the Philippines.

ADVANCING ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

In 2025, renewable energy accounted for 63 percent of TP in the Philippines’ energy consumption. Its carbon emissions intensity declined to 0.25 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO₂e) per employee, a 77 percent reduction in emissions per employee since 2019.

TP also works with property partners to reduce emissions across its leased facilities in LEED-certified buildings. It regularly joins the annual Earth Hour, with sites nationwide collectively saving more than 33,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity. These measures support broader efforts to improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions, and make operations more sustainable.

INCLUSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND COMMUNITY IMPACT

TP’s sustainability efforts extend to workforce development, employee well-being, and community engagement.

  • Citizen of the World (COTW): Through its corporate social responsibility program, TP mobilized 250 volunteers in 2025, generating 6,613 volunteer hours and contributing PHP1.7 million in support for more than 10,300 Filipinos.
  • TP STEP: A skills training-to-employment program for IT-BPM industry near-hires, offering training and foundational knowledge for a stronger fit in their next applications.
  • Impact Sourcing: Multiple initiatives give marginalized individuals, such as persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed individuals, and underserved youth, technical and soft skills, aiming to provide direct pathways to formal careers in the digital and contact center industry.
  • TP LaunchPad: A career-readiness and university relations program that provides students with practical exposure, skills development, and pathways to employment. It reached more than 20,000 students across over 40 partner schools in 2026.

SUSTAINABILITY IN OPERATIONS

As TP expands its workforce and nationwide footprint, it is also strengthening the systems that support safe, responsible, and resilient operations. In 2025, TP secured ISO 45001:2018 certification for occupational health and safety management and ISO 14001:2015 certification for environmental management across its site operations. These internationally recognized standards bring employee well-being, workplace safety, and environmental management into its operating practices.

Three decades into its Philippine operations, TP continues to build on its commitment to its people, the communities it serves, and the environment.
