A New York-based software platform called WEMU Inc. has launched in the Philippines. This SaaS (software as a service) is designed to help small business owners succeed as an all-in-one app solution to your backend operations and management needs. The Wemu app includes POS, CRM, invoicing system, products & inventory management, consumer behavior reports, reservation system & a customized online marketplace that allows you to join a community of like-minded individuals.
More than an app, Wemu Inc. intends to make its mark in the Philippines starting with the launch of a monthly workshop entitled #WeMustCreate. A short presentation led by handpicked entrepreneurs focusing on the Entrepreneurial Revolution of Small Businesses brought force by the technological advancement of this generation. The hour includes the speaker’s journey of success: pre, during, and post-pandemic with a Q&A between the audience & speaker at the end of each talk.
The #WeMustCreate campaign along with Wemu’s other core values reflect innovation and resilience, two of the most essential characteristics that most of today’s population have had to embody throughout this historical pandemic lockdown. Although these factors have always been constant in technological evolution and societal upgrades, the campaign is speaking to the SMEs that persevered and held their ground keeping our economy and their households afloat with their small businesses, most of whom had no choice but to start after losing their main sources of income.
#WeMustCreate hopes to inspire us all to keep moving, to dream, and to finally act on those dreams with no source of retreat, to motivate everyone to turn their passions into their careers.
The #WeMustCreate workshop will launch this July focusing on Female Leaders & Entrepreneurs. This is a bi-monthly workshop that will take place on the first and last Wednesday of July and August 2021 at 4:00 PM.
